About this event:
Move, sweat, and surprise yourself through an eclectic flow of postures, using your breath as the ultimate guide. During each session, practice fundamental poses while focusing on breathing techniques and the alignment principles that build a solid foundation for a flowing Vinyasa yoga practice. Come experience meditation in motion and gain strength, flexibility, and balance.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga at The Nature Gallery challenges advanced students while also making the practice available for brand new yogis. No experience necessary.
Experience Level: None, Intermediate, Advanced, All Levels Welcome
Class Schedule: Monday and Friday 9:30 – 10:30 AM please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to class start time
Cost: $10 individual class, $90 unlimited monthly class pass
